Ten UNOH Programs Honored as NAIA Scholar Teams

KANSAS CITY, MO - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the list of Scholar Teams from across the country as part of their National Awards Day on Monday. The NAIA National Awards Day recognizes the association's highest individual honors and achievements of NAIA student-athletes, administrators, and coaches. Winners are announced in September of each year.

Ten Northwestern Ohio athletic programs were honored on the list of NAIA Scholar Teams that recognizes teams that acheive a minimum 3.0 team grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale as defined by the nominating institution.

Women's Soccer: 3.65 GPA

Women's Tennis: 3.59 GPA

Softball: 3.56 GPA

Women's Golf: 3.45 GPA

Volleyball: 3.43 GPA

Men's Soccer: 3.40 GPA

Men's Golf: 3.18 GPA

Baseball: 3.17 GPA

Men's Tennis: 3.15 GPA

Women's Basketball: 3.03 GPA
