Joyce Earns Second WHAC Pitcher of the Week Award

For the second time this season, Northwestern Ohio's Michael Joyce has been voted the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Pitcher of the Week. Joyce opened conference play with a complete game shutout at Cornerstone on Saturday where he scattered seven hits while striking out eight and walking just one. 

Joyce improved to 3-0 with the win and leads the team with 33 strikeouts. The shutout maintained his perfect 0.00 ERA over 25.2 innings pitched putting him first in the country as the only pitcher without an earned run this season.
