Myklebust Named WHAC Pitcher of the Week

For the third time this season, a Northwestern Ohio pitcher has been voted the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Pitcher of the Week, this time with the honor going to transfer Will Myklebust it was announced Monday.

Myklebust put together his first complete game shutout of the season in a 7-0 win over Aquinas on Friday. He scattered just three hits in the seven-inning effort with seven strikeouts and only one walk. He now has two complete games this season, both wins, and leads the team with 37.1 innings pitched. 

Myklebust is a part of a Racer pitching staff that currently leads the league in ERA (3.85) and is ninth in the country as a team.
