Bio
Dylan Healy is in his fourth season as an assistant on the UNOH staff, third as pitching coach.
In his first year as pitching coach, Healy led the pitching staff to finish top in the NAIA in several statistical categories, including 13th in ERA (4.21), 18th in WHIP (1.40), and 19th in K/9 (9.46). The Racers won the WHAC regular season title and went on to compete in the Opening Round. Michael Joyce and Will Myklebust earned All-WHAC First Team honors, while both also earned WHAC Pitcher of the Week recognition during the season.
In his second year leading the pitching staff, the Racers continued with their success and finished 12th in the NAIA in ERA (4.42), 20th in WHIP (1.44), and 29th in K/9 (8.94) en route to a 40-win season and back-to-back WHAC regular season titles. Brayden Lybarger, Daniel Healy, and Elliot Traver earned All-WHAC First Team honors, and Sinjon Bobolia earned Second Team honors. Lybarger, Bobolia, and Josh Mauney also earned WHAC Pitcher of the Week recognition during the season. Daniel Healy led the awards by earning WHAC Pitcher of the Year as a true freshman.
Prior to UNOH, Healy was an undergraduate student manager for four years at Utah Tech University. He began coaching in the summer of 2022 as an assistant with the Marshall Gates Foundation Marshalls in Salt Lake City, Utah. Healy has also served as an assistant coach for the Lima Locos of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League 2023-2025, winning the league championship in 2023 and 2025.
Healy earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Utah Tech and his MBA from UNOH. He is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from Taylorsville High School. His brother, Daniel, is on the UNOH baseball team.
