Chapman Earns First Weekly WHAC Honor
UNOH's Caleb Chapman picked up his first career weekly conference award on Monday after being named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Defensive Player of the Week.
Chapman was strong on both ends of the floor pulling down 17 rebounds and swiping ten steals over two games while averaging 20 points per game. In an overtime loss to Cleary, Chapman had one of the best performances of his career shooting 56% for 28 points with seven rebounds and six steals. Against Cornerstone, Chapman logged a double-double with twelve points and a game high ten rebounds.
Over the last four games, Chapman has been a force for the Racers averaging 17 points and 9.5 rebounds with two double-doubles in the same stretch.
