"Each time you can play all your guys in the same event it creates a strong intersquad competition," head coach Eric West said after the tournament. "As you can see today, we have worked hard to create a friendly rivalry amongst our guys while building a strong roster. Placing six guys in the top seven today, with four of those guys finishing under par, is a good feeling. To see guys improving and taking steps in their games gives us a lot of excitement for the conference championship in three weeks. We have been building each year within our roster and it's great to see how tight the competition is between our guys. Iron sharpens iron."
UNOH men's golf will be off this week before heading to Lexington, Kentucky on April 8-9 for the Midway Eagle Invitational at Griffin Gate Resort Course.
