Men's Golf Shoots 305 on First Day of National Championship
SILVIS, IL - UNOH men's golf opened the 2026 NAIA Men's Golf National Championship with a team score of 305 and sit tied for 25th after the first day at TPC Deere Run.
Jose Luis Vargas is the current team leader after carding a 4-over 74 in round one. Luke S. Turner sits one stroke back from him with Kyle Sutton and Guillermo Garron both putting up scores of 78. Oliver Rogers rounded out the team scores with an 83 after struggling on the back nine.
The Racers will have some work ahead of them on day two if they want to make the final cut going into round three. As a team, UNOH sits six strokes back from that cut line needing to make the top 15 to advance. They will tee-off at 8:00 AM Wednesday morning with live results and video stream provided at the links below.
