WHAC Men's Tennis All-Conference Honors Released

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has released the 2024-25 Men's Tennis All-Conference Honors with UNOH highlighting the awards. The Racers picked up their fifth-consecutive Player of the Year award and second consecutive Newcomer of the Year. They also earned eight first team All-Conference honors and one second team.

The WHAC Player of the Year went to Lucas Perez who finished undefeated in NAIA singles play this season as well as going 3-0 in conference play. He was also named First Team Singles and Doubles, the second time for each, ending the regular season with a 21-1 record while earning his second All-Academic honor.

Francisco Perez was selected as the WHAC's Newcomer of the Year after going 3-0 in conference play and winning the ITA Singles Regional Championship. Perez also earned First Team honors for both singles and doubles this season.

Freshman Lucas Grana landed First Team honors for both singles and doubles joined by fellow freshman Mete Koseoglu on the singles team and senior Nils Messin on doubles.

Florian Smalto, also a freshman, earned his first All-Conference honor being named Second Team Singles.

Julian Arisio was named as the team's representative to the WHAC Champions of Character Team rounding out the season's awards.
