LIMA, OH - After controlling most of the game, UNOH ran out of gas in the fourth as (RV) Siena Heights stormed back to snap the Racers' three-game winning streak, 68-60.
Quarter one went back and fourth before settling in favor of UNOH, 18-16, heading into the second. The Racer defense locked down and held the Saints to just nine points in the quarter for a 33-25 lead at the half. UNOH didn't trail in the third and entered the final frame up 45-38. Siena Heights began the fourth on a 9-0 run to take a lead they would never surrender. Despite keeping the game close, the Racers couldn't slow down the Saints final fury taking the 68-60 loss.
Alycia Patterson led the Racers' scoring with a game high 21 points. She knocked down six three-pointers in the game chipping in four rebounds and assist and a steal. Alayha Allen posted twelve points with a team high eight rebounds and Alysia Lawson finished with ten.
UNOH will look to rebound against Lawrence Tech (10-13, 8-9) in The Garage on Saturday, February 10.
