Binyahya Wins Second WHAC Golfer of the Week Award

For the second time this season, the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference has named Northwestern Ohio's Sharifah Binyahya Women's Golfer of the Week.

Binyahya is off to the best start of her career claiming the top spot in both tournaments played this fall while shooting an even-par average of 72 over four rounds. Her most recent performance took place at the 18-hole Lourdes Fall Invitational Wednesday, September 18 where she topped the field of 63 golfers by five strokes with a one-over 73.

It is the fourth career Golfer of the Week honor for the reigning WHAC Player of the Year.
