Women's Soccer Releases Full 2026 Match Slate

LIMA, OH - UNOH women's soccer has officially released their full slate of games for the upcoming 2026 season. The schedule will highlight four matchups against teams who finished in the top 25, three who made the final site of the 2025 NAIA National Championship, and one quarterfinalist. The Racers will play 16 total contest split eight home and eight away.

For a third consecutive season, the year will begin with the same two opponents opening against No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan on August 20 followed by Holy Cross on August 22. The Saints will be making their first trip to Lima since the program's inaugural season in 2013. A third straight home game will feature a first ever meeting with the Golden Bears of West Virginia Tech before ending August with the first road trip of the season to Grace College. The Racers and Lancers haven't met since 2021 and will take the pitch against each other in Winona Lake, Indiana for the first time since 2015.

Two more away games open the month of September with UNOH making it's first ever trip to Cumberlands on September 5 followed by it's fourth consecutive contest against Mt. Vernon Nazarene on September 9. The Racers' non-conference slate will conclude at home with their toughest test of the season. On September 15, the No. 5 Marian Knights, 2025 NAIA Quarterfinalists, visit Racer Stadium making it the sixth straight season that the two teams have met and the ninth time in eleven years.

Conference play will begin September 19 with three of the first four on the road at Lawrence Tech, Indiana Tech and Madonna. Cornerstone will travel to UNOH on September 26 for the lone home match during that stretch. Rochester Christian opens October in Lima followed by Defiance and (RV) Aquinas, last season's runner up on the road. The regular season will conclude with back-to-back home matches against Cleary and UM-Dearborn setting up the start of the WHAC Tournament on Saturday, November 1.

Along with the varsity calender, the UNOH women's soccer program also announced the full schedule of games for the 2026 Development Team. They will open with a home-and-home against Owens Community College August 27 and September 2 with the full schedule including seven home and seven away matches. Tiffin and Trine will both come to Lima in September with four of six October matches played at home against Cedarville, Mt. Vernon Nazarene, UC-Clermont and Lawrence Tech.
