Four Winter Athletes Named to NAIA Scholar-Athlete Team

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the 2024-25 Winter Sport Daktronics Scholar-Athletes naming four Racers to the list.

To qualify as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year.

All four UNOH student-athletes to make the list are members of the Women's Basketball program with two picking up the honor for a second time and two landing their first.

Marta Gateva (2nd), Senior from Madrid, Spain

Alycia Patterson (1st), Senior, Business major from Niles, Michigan

Olivia Thompson (1st), Sophomore, Business Administration major from Camden, Ohio
