WHAC Releases Baseball All-Conference Awards
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has released the 2025 all-conference honors for baseball. UNOH earned the Pitcher and Coach of the Year along with seven first teamers and three second team honorees.
Freshman Daniel Healy was named the WHAC Pitcher of the Year after putting together a 7-1 campaign in 13 appearances. Healy logged 56 strikeouts over 62 innings with a 2.90 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. He went 4-0 in conference play with a 2.27 ERA becoming the first Racer to win the awards since 2018.
Along with Pitcher of the Year, Healy was also named First Team All-WHAC as a starting pitcher joined by counterparts Brayden Lybarger (starter) and Eliott Traver (relief). Fabian Romero was given first team honors at third base, Eliomar Otero as shortstop and Tyler Huff as designated hitter, all first timers.
Joskar Feliciano landed Second Team All-WHAC for the second time with Noah Matheson and Sinjon Bobolia picking up their first ever all-conference honor.
Head coach Kory Hartman was named the WHAC Coach of the Year after leading UNOH to a 26-2 record, the program's most conference wins since 2017, winning the fifth regular season title for his program and the first time ever in back-to-back seasons.
Along with the all-conference awards, the WHAC also released the league's All-Academic and Champions of Character Teams.
Sinjon Bobolia, Seth Freeman and Austin Culbertson all earned the academic honor for the second time joined by first timers Josh Ledgard, Zach King and Adam Barbarich.
Daniel Call was chosen as the UNOH representative on the WHAC Champions of Character Team.
