Men's Basketball Loses Clash with Siena Heights 86-70

ADRIAN, MI - After leading by double-digits at halftime, UNOH saw Siena Heights storm back in the second half to take down the Racers 86-70.

UNOH led by eleven at the break and made it 13 two minutes into the second half, but the Saints went off on a massive 24-4 run to turn the tide and take over control, 57-50. The Racers cut the lead back to five, but it was a close as they could get as Siena Heights continued to pull away.

"We had a great first half where we played our brand of basketball," said head coach Richard Westerlund following the game. "In the second half, we lacked the toughness and attention to detail to win. You can't win a game only playing 20 minutes. I'm disappointed in our effort tonight, but we need to continue to focus on getting better."

Ryan Archey led the team with 15 points and Jayden Priddy-Powell was the only other Racer in double-figures with eleven. Trae Ruggles led on the boards with five with all nine of his points coming from long range.

The Saints dominated on the glass 51-26 while shooting 47% as a team to 37% for UNOH.
