Racers Place Second at The Players Club

YORKTOWN, IN - For the fourth straight season, UNOH men's golf took on Woodland Trails for The Players Club Invitational, hosted by Taylor. The Racers placed second in the field of ten teams, the program's best finish at the event, with a tournament score of 903 (+39). Host Taylor took the top spot with a team score of 877 (+13).

Guillermo Garron and Oliver Rogers led the team in a tie for sixth place with a 223 (+7) carding 73, 75, 75 and 74, 74, 75, respectively. Luke Turner came in twelveth with a 227 (+11) going 76, 80, 71 with Oscar Lind and Carter Schimmoeller rounding out team scoring with a 237 (+21) and 248 (+32), respectively.

Jaiden Pass and Zach Stechschulte competed as individuals for UNOH in the event. Pass finished in a tie for 14th shooting 78, 75 and 77 for a total of 230 (+14), while Stechschulte went 81, 78, 78 for a 237 (+21).

UNOH will have two weeks off before they head to TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois for the NAIA Midwest Invitiational September 23-24.
