Volleyball Season Closes with Loss in WHAC Quarterfinals

ADRIAN, MI - In the program's first post season trip since 2019, UNOH volleyball couldn't get past third-seed Siena Heights falling in straight sets, 25-18, 25-16, 25-14.

The team's best season of the Kreiner era came with record play at the net. The Racers logged all-time bests in block assists (486), total blocks (308) and blocks per set (2.20). Gianna San Filippo and Hannah Colquitt played the biggest roles in that success. Colquitt earned career bests with both 21 solo blocks and 74 block assists. San Filippo set three single-season records with 165 block assists, 192 total blocks and 1.38 blocks per set. Her 27 solo blocks are the program's fourth-most all-time and most in a season since 2016.

Bailey Gregory capped her career with 671 digs this year, the program's most since 2010 and third most in a single season. Her 1,532 career digs and 168 aces both place third on the all-time list.

Taylor Reust ends her career having played in more matches (156) and more sets (572) than any player in program history. Reust also boasts the program's most career service aces logging 197 during her time at UNOH.

The two UNOH setters both set career highs this season as Savanna Reed tallied 747 assists and Madelyn Hampton finished the year with 427.
