"We played well tonight, just not well enough to win," said Head Coach Josh Kreiner after the match. "It was an exciting atmosphere with a vocal crowd and I thought we were able to feed off that. There are areas of our game that have seen significant improvement throughout the season, but it's still a process for our young team. We just have to stay focused on the little things and keep balls in play."
As a team, UNOH finished with 46 kills giving up 44. The Racers had eight service aces and seven total blocks.
UNOH hosts Rochester next on Saturday, September 25, at 1:30 PM.
